The ING U.S. Employee Handbook explains the workplace, career and time off policies that govern your employment with ING U.S.. The handbook provides guidelines for applicable rules, laws and ethical business standards. If you manage people, you will find a helpful manager's section as well. The handbook policies apply to all ING U.S. employees in the United States.
Please print off and sign the Handbook Acknowledgement Form indicating you will read it within 10 business days after signing the acknowledgement. This form can be found in the upper right hand corner under ”More on this Topic”. You will be required to sign an Acknowledgment Form indicating that you will abide by the terms of the policies. This step ensures that you are fully informed about ING U.S.'s Code of Conduct and Policy Statements.
