U.S. Learning Center

What is it?

The U.S. Learning Center is a global-learning site. It is a one-stop shop for development resources.

On the U.S. Learning Center, you can:

  • See catalogs of courses covering a wide variety of subjects.
  • Enroll in or withdraw from instructor-led classes.
  • Take courses online.
  • Access a "knowledge center" for each enrolled course to get supplemental resources, tests, activities and more.
  • View your personal learning transcript, a summary of learning programs you have signed up for or completed (including test scores, if applicable) and enrollment status.

Who is it for?

The U.S. Learning Center is available to every ING employee worldwide. For employees in ING U.S., the U.S. Learning Center is the primary site for all Compliance, Legal and Human Resource learning initiatives.

How does it work?

The U.S. Learning Center is hosted on an external site at learning.ing.us. As a new hire, you will receive log-on information in your new hire information.
