Notice regarding Eurobonds

ING Bank has been alerted to the existence and circulation of possible forgeries of certain specific ING Bank Eurobonds, namely the ING Bank 5,50% Euro-Spaarbrieven 2000 per 16 juni 2010 (ISIN: NL 0000086809). ING Bank wants to notify investors that this type of bond is issued by, and for the exclusive use between Financial Institutions. Furthermore, for this series, all original bearer bonds have per April 6, 2009, been exchanged for one Global Note and can be traded only in book entry form since that date.
