Bridget M. Healy is executive vice president and chief legal officer for ING’s operations in North and South America. She oversees the legal function for ING Americas in the United States, Canada and Latin America, in addition to the external affairs and compliance functions for ING Americas in the United States.

Healy joined ING from The Travelers Companies, Inc., where she was senior vice president and group general counsel. Prior to Travelers, she served as the general counsel for Becton Dickinson and Company. In addition, she previously practiced law in the United States and in Europe with Davis Polk & Wardwell and was a partner in the firm of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan.

Healy received her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, magna cum laude, and is a graduate of Brown University, with an honors degree in International Relations and French Studies.
