Attendees at ING Financial Partners recent Premier Partners Forum in New Orleans rolled up their sleeves to rebuild homes damaged during Hurricane Katrina. Approximately 40 ING Financial Partner volunteers arrived early to the conference to insulate, sheet-rock, and paint two homes in the Eighth Ward/Gentilly area.

“Our top financial professionals took time away from their busy practices to help people in need move one step closer to returning to their homes.” said Karl Lindberg, president and CEO of ING Financial Partners. “Given our business of helping individuals build and preserve their wealth to meet their personal financial goals, it is very fitting that these individuals helped homeowners get back on track with their goal of preserving their home and rebuilding their lives.”

ING Financial Partners teamed up with Hands On Network, an organization that provides ongoing opportunities for volunteers to make a difference in the recovery of the Gulf Coast region.

The ING Financial Partners Premier Partners Forum is an exclusive event offered to the top five percent of the firm’s representatives and advisors. The meeting offers professional development workshops as well as featured speakers concerning current investment and economic topics so that the attendees may better serve the financial needs of clients and their communities.
