Employee Giving and Matching Gifts
When employees contribute to a qualified charity, the Voya Foundation matches dollar-for-dollar up to $5,000 per employee per year. In addition, when an employee volunteers 50 hours or more of personal time to a nonprofit organization, the Foundation donates $500 to the non-profit organization.
Volunteer Time Away
Each year thousands of employees serve their communities — and enrich their own lives — by participating in the company's Volunteer Time Away program, which allows employees to volunteer for up to 40 paid hours per year during their normal work day.
