Diversity Programs
Individually and as a global financial services leader, ING U.S. exemplifies diversity in its workforce, its supplier network, and its partnerships with nonprofit organizations serving people from all backgrounds and walks of life. ING U.S. is proud to support the following organizations:
Hispanic Scholarship Fund
ING U.S. supports the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) by sponsoring bilingual town hall meetings and parent workshops to prepare first-generation Latino college students and their parents for university life. HSF has awarded more than 82,000 scholarships worth more than $221 million over the past 30 years.
United Negro College Fund
As a longstanding partner with the United Negro College Fund (UNCF), ING U.S. sponsors the popular Atlanta annual fundraiser known as the "Mayors MASKED Ball." The UNCF administers more than 300 educational programs and supports more than 65,000 students at over 900 U.S. colleges and universities.

Thurgood Marshall College Fund
ING U.S. has long been a supporter of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), which represents 47 historically black colleges and universities. ING U.S. currently serves as presenting sponsor for the TMCF's annual Leadership Recruitment Institute for graduating seniors.
Amigos for Kids
ING U.S. employees in South Florida were the catalyst for our support for Amigos for Kids, which provides numerous programs to meet the diverse needs of South Florida's abused, abandoned, neglected and less-fortunate children.
