Disability Income Management

At ING Employee Benefits, our Managed Disability program uses an objective process to determine your eligibility for benefits under your disability income plan. We obtain medical data from your doctor to evaluate your individual situation. From there, we promptly process substantiated disability claims, and determine the appropriate length of your absence, based on your functional capabilities and the requirements of your occupation.

We then provide access to case management services through the treatment and rehabilitation process, based on your specific needs. Our focus is on your abilities and, ultimately, your return to work.
